IVANA BASILOTTA

Ivana Basilotta's namesake label may be barely a year old, but the London-based Italian designer's romantic, gossamer-like pieces convey a preternatural worldliness and sophistication. Basilotta's materials of choice include Ahimsa or "peace" silk, which is harvested from silk-worm cocoons without killing the pupae inside.
