Love the chunky bracelet with the chains woven through it. Might have to make one of my own like that. Another designer who does great designs using this concept of asymmetry and reworking reclaimed jewelry is Munted Kowhai. She mixes in a little crochet and it looks great:

This necklace is so gorgeous! Perhaps one of the best pieces I’ve ever seen! I always stick to the 3R method, reduce, reuse and recycle. I cut down the usage on aerosol sprays, I try to make something special out of a piece of unwanted item and I recycle old newspapers and aluminum tins. Have a great day!

This absolutely gorgeous necklace, has my name written all over it!! YOU, might have to look slightly closer than I do, but it is definitely there! I can already hear the compliments coming my way along with the many questions about where I found it. I’m always finding new ways to use “old” things, which are never in short supply! I learned from my mom, not to get rid of anything you may be able to remake someday. This necklace is not just beautiful, it shows the world a twist in keeping it green,and it also reminds me of something my mom taught me long ago!! Who knew, that someday it would be the “cool” thing to do!?!?!

I absolutely love this necklace! I can picture myself wearing this piece of art and feeling like one of the star out of the cover of a fashion magazine.I think I will have to use my sons’s words, when they want something very badly:” I need this!!!”
About how I am being green, it is simple, I recycle all my plastic bags, putting them always on the cans that most of the supermarkets have at the fron of their stores to help people like me and making easy for them to recycle.
I will keep my fingers crossed, and hope I can win!!!!!
