AO Textiles and British designer Debbi Little are celebrating Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee with a lighter-than-air commemorative silk dress. Comprising fabric remnants from Gainsborough Silk Weavers, including scraps that were over-dyed with madder and indigo, the frock features a postage-stamp-inspired silhouette of England’s long-reigning monarch and Little’s signature camouflage piecework. God save the Queen, indeed.
