Ditto describes the vintage-inspired line, which comes in U.S. sizes 14 to 28, as “uncompromising, unapologetic, and timeless.”

“I wanted to make pieces to last years,” she said in a statement. “Beyond trends, beyond chain stores. I wanted to create something all its own, something just for us, made with love and consideration. Made ethically in the U.S.A. as a small company with no big corporate input.”

The collection, Ditto’s first stand-alone, is available at, as well as at Selfridges in the United Kingdom.

Featuring both solids and a series of eclectic prints, it includes hand-embroidered vintage-denim jackets, silk bubble dresses, tailored sheaths, figure-skimming tops, and leggings.

Plus-size women deserve the same high-quality fabrics and superior craftsmanship “everyone else has,” Ditto said, “something beyond the über-cheap, disposable ‘fast fashion’ that’s been pushed on us.”

With the help of some “awesome designer friends,” Ditto says she has created clothing that will not only last but will also look great season after season.

“[These are] go-to pieces designed to last,” she added. “A movement by us, for us.”
