Hungarian company Conscei is taking on the concept of truly sustainable fashion, through menswear. Conscei’s goal is to create a fashion model that focuses on protecting the environment, through responsible farming, chemical-free production and ethical sourcing. Using certified organic and Fair Trade materials, the company is using a crowdfunding platform to grow their professional line of classic men’s shirts that will last the test of time, while being kind to the earth.

The fashion industry can wreak havoc on the environment, from the use of harmful chemicals, to water and air pollution, to environmental damage from genetically modified cotton. With these issues and fair wages in mind, Conscei was created, to set the bar high for responsible fashion with transparent sourcing and production.

Each shirt in Conscei’s line is made from all natural materials, from cotton threads to clam shell buttons, remnants sourced from the fishing industry in Taiwan.

Cotton is sourced from controlled farming economies, which do not use genetically modified crops, fertilizers or synthetic pesticides. The cotton used is tested before given to the consumer, to be sure it is free of contaminants and allergens.

Conscei’s offerings are classic and professional, in two cuts called Pinnacle and Gibraltar. Made from 100 percent organic cotton, the shirts come in a choice of six colors, with customizable sizing meant to last in your wardrobe for years.
