The brand, the duo tells Ecouterre, is built “not on a legacy but on a future vision based on three pillars: the digital world, design, and eco-conscious behavior.” The Internet is Ecoology’s playground, not least because it allows transactions to remain completely virtual sans intermediaries. “Ecological fabrics are more expensive, but we do not want you to pay more for them,” they say. “We simply want you to enjoy more quality at less cost.”
Tous and Garcia want to create a better world, one where the term “organic” will soon be redundant. “We strongly believe that sustainability within the fashion industry will continue to grow,” they add. “Fashion is not only a thing but a necessity and now is the time to change our manner of consumption and think about what we buy and where it comes from.”
