Wendy Legro’s pleated LED coat brings sexy sophistication back to high-tech wearables by offering illumination without the retina-searing flashiness.

The Belgian designer hasn’t had a working bicycle light in years, she tells Ecouterre. And the trouble with attachable lights is that she either loses or forgets them. “That’s why I made this coat with built-in light,” she says.
