Is derelict the new chic? Louise Gray certainly seems to think so. At her Autumn/Winter 2013 show at London Fashion Week on Monday, the British designer piled her looks with an odd melange of repurposed accessories: hairpieces composed of plastic grocery bags, brooches and rings whittled from rolls of toilet paper, flattened tinfoil baking trays worn as belts, even stacked duct-tape "bangles." The overall effect, according to the Daily Mail, was of "disheveled housewives who had been dragged through a hedge and back, picking up remnants from the garbage bin on the way."
