Designed by a trio of creatives from Mexico—Maria Fernanda Montiel, Sofia Prado, and Mariana Armella—the six-piece ceramic-and-pearl collection offers pristine silhouettes marred by black enamel to represent the “dead and damage caused by human’s ambition and greed.” Oh snap! This is one sassy and snarky new fashion trend, but will it really help us reduce our oil consumption?
