Shannon Wright and her partner Ryan Sisourath wanted to demonstrate how you could create an insulating wall system that prevented waste materials from being dumped, in this case, jeans. For the insulation, over 100 pairs of jeans were used. The wood cladding was made from refinished wooden skid pallets, and everything but the screws and finishing supplies were derived from recycled wood components.

    Hi Sputnik-

Jill from Ecouterre here. I can see the voting button just fine and I voted for this one. Each IP address is only allowed to vote once. If you can’t vote for this it means that either A. You already voted for it, or B. Someone using your IP address (on the same internet connection, maybe a coworker, family member, etc) already voted for this. Does that make sense?

    Thanks-
    Jill
