Someone is Leaving Crocheted Pokémon Dolls at Various Pokéstops

Hunting for Pokémon? If you’re really lucky, a virtual Pidgey or Zubat isn’t all you’ll snag. Nichole Dunigan, an artist from Lewisville, Texas, has been depositing crocheted versions of the critters for sharp-eyed players to find, mostly around her local Pokéstops and gyms. Like the smartphone game that inspired it, Dunigan’s “Crochet Go” has attracted a sizable following. It’s even spun off its own Facebook group, with hundreds of people from all over the world sharing photos of their creations, plus hints on where to find them. (Dunigan has made her patterns available for free online.) “‪#‎CrochetGo‬ is a project of spreading happiness,” she wrote on the page. Check out some of her handiwork below. #GottaCrochetEmAll
