Stewart + Brown Leads Us on an Eco-Fashion “Vision Quest” for Fall 2010

Eco-fashion and Native American vision quests appear to have little in common, but the idea that every living thing is part of a larger plan is a grounding principle both share. The ethical-fashion pioneers at Stewart + Brown have imbued their Fall 2010 collection with the same maxims that the Blackfeet Indians of Montana held sacred. (Co-founder Howard Brown is a Montana native.)

“Vision Quest” offers an opulent lineup of cozy separates in merino wool, cashmere, and hemp jersey.

The result is an opulent lineup of cozy dresses and separates in merino wool, cashmere, organic French terry, and hemp jersey, all of which are made with the same respect for the environment, as well as the people who inhabit it.
