Living in a society pre-disposed to fast fashion and convenience, we need resources to help negotiate the oftentimes difficult road to sustainability. And while that path might have seemed difficult to travel in recent years, sites like London–based The Good Wardrobe are making navigation easier and more collaborative. Tagging itself an “online style-sharing community,” the site mixes the best of sustainable fashion with services that prolong the life of your wardrobe. “We find it has a broad appeal for many people including secondhand shoppers, sewing enthusiasts, new parents who want to find organic clothes for their babies, and those who want to save money by swapping, sharing, or selling their wardrobe,” Zoë Robinson, founder and director of The Good Wardrobe, tells Ecouterre.
