Vote for the 2012 recipient of China’s EcoChic Design Award! Redress, the Hong Kong-based nonprofit behind the event, wants to know which emerging eco-designer you think has the power to change China’s fashion industry from the inside out. But act fast: You only have until October 20 to meet the designers and cast a vote for your favorite. The finalist with the highest number of votes will be crowned the winner at the “Grand Final Fashion Show” at Shanghai Fashion Week later this month. The award includes the opportunity to create and market a sustainable fashion line, a one-year Premium membership to Source4Style’s textile library, and a three-day, all-expenses-paid trip to John Hardy’s eco-friendly production facilities in Bali. Plus, 10 random voters will receive John Hardy jewelry for participating.
