Talk about packing light. “Walking Shelter” is a one-person shelter that tucks away into a pair of sneakers. The brainchild of Sibling, a design collective based in Australia, the “mobile habitat” uses the human body, rather than poles or a frame, for support. Maybe not “glamping” at its finest, but for roughing it in a pinch? We’ll take it.

So tell us, is "Walking Shelter" haute or not?

  • 97 Votes HELL YES! Finally, traveling light done right.
