Greetings,
I look forward to giving… My time, art, experiences & creativity. It’s always good to step back and appreciate things that we take for granted everyday. As an Art Director I constantly strive daily to balance my interaction with (time), technology and the social world. People are so disconnected from the world’s environment, many don’t have the time to re-connect and be at peace.
I wish that ALL of you, have a wonderful holiday and fabulous new year!!

What do I look forward to the most this holiday season?
Hmmph, thats a toughie, for as I learn more and more about our unsustainable habits and consumeristic culture, it is hard for me to sit still amongst all the greed and deception by companies who have made this once religious holiday, a materialistic celebration. However, I have also recognized the power of business to change the path of our world in a much quicker fashion than government can. Thus by voting with my dollars, I hope to spread joy to not only my friends and family but also those who create these products. Can any one say happy fair-trade, eco-conscious holidays?
Silent lucidity….

I look forward to snuggling up with my mom and my cats by the Christmas tree, drinking eggnog and watching Christmas specials. Another thing I look forward to is taking pictures with my family and me in my Christmas pajamas, which I wear to keep me warm in the crisp, cold, winter air. I want to get gifts from my family and see the look on their faces when they get theirs. The last thing I look forward to is the fuzzy feeling I always get when Christmas rolls around. Merry Christmas!
I am hoping for a completely organic environment…
The following site has images and details explaining one such possibility…

After watching my husband go through chemotherapy treatment during the holidays in 2010 and 2011, I am especially looking forward to spending quality time with him and his family. Gifts don’t have to be involved, because I got the best gift when his doctor told us that he is in remission.

Already subscribed to your newsletter. I am looking forward to the time off from work which will mean more time to spend with my family!
I’m really looking forward to flying back to my home country for the holidays after not having returned for 8 years. The majority of my family still lives there and it’s going to be bittersweet reuniting with them, especially the little cousins who were still toddlers when I last saw them. I am also strangely excited to make full use of Taiwan’s public transit system (and the bullet-train running from the northern end of the island to the southern end) after having lived in Los Angeles for almost a year and depending on my car every day…
Cliche as it may be, I am most looking forward to a relaxing day at home with my family. :)
I am happy to spend time with my family and friends. I love having a nice holiday dinner and watch the kids open presents.
I’m looking forward to time with my family and friends. This is the first Christmas without my mother who passed this past April. She was eighty-one. It will probably be a little bitter-sweet, because I have such fond memories of getting ready for the holidays with her…taking her to pick out a Christmas tree. She insisted on a live tree. Getting it in the stand and decorated. Wrapping gifts while watching the original Christmas Carol with Alistair Simms. After it stopped being televised or other versions aired, my husband found and bought the dvd. So, I will try to carry on some of the same traditions and maybe start a few of my own. Happy Holidays!
stylish and green? what’s not to love?

I’m so looking forward to this Christmas. My son lived in New Orleans the past 3 years and moved to New York about 6 months ago. It was far to expensive for him to come home for Christmas before but this year, he’s coming home! He hasn’t seen his first-born niece whom we welcomed in October, so not only will we get to lay eyes on him, he’ll get a chance to meet Dottie for the first time in person. We’re all getting together the Sunday before Christmas for a huge family portrait (our Christmas present to our family) and I can’t wait for all of us to enjoy the holiday together.

I’m looking forward to NOT watching the clock while trying to get the kids off to school. The holiday is a welcome break from hurriedness.
I like that we are sort of required to get together as a family. Otherwise we might not work hard at making sure we see each other and it might be long times between that we’d get together.
I look forward to going to look at all the lights during Christmas.
