Looks like Woolrich is giving Pendleton a run for its money with not one but two made-in-America collaborations in the hopper. The venerable outdoors-apparel label has teamed up with Sea Bags in Maine to combine vintage end-of-run wool textiles from Woolrich’s historic Pennsylvania mill with recycled sails from across the globe. The limited-edition collection comprises three pieces—a large tote, an iPad case, and a travel/shave kit—in a trio of Woolrich plaids.

POWER OF THREE
Cued up for November is Timbuk2′s “Made in America” range, a lineup that will include three styles that pair the bag-maker’s iconic silhouettes with Woolrich fabrics old and new. Handmade in San Francisco, options will include Timbuk2′s classic messenger, “Swig” backpack, and “Eula” mini-messenger in your choice of red plaid and gray tweed or multicolor stripe with gray waxed canvas.
