Use Your Empty Amazon Boxes to Ship Donations to Goodwill for Free

Don’t chuck your empty Amazon boxes into the recycling just yet. The online retailer has partnered with Give Back Box to turn those cardboard coffers into donations for people in need. Simply fill a box with clothing and other household items you no longer need, slap on a prepaid shipping label from the Give Back Box website, then hand it over to your mail carrier for delivery to the nearest participating Goodwill location—gratis. You even have the option of receiving a tax-deduction receipt. You can do the same thing with your empties through Levi’s, with one added bonus: For every box received, the denim giant will donate $5 to Goodwill, up to a total of $25,000.
